Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically received the last item of your order.

How to Request a Return To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return request through your customer account, or contact us at [your email address]. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return Shipment Once your return request has been approved, please send the items back to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The cost of return shipping is at your expense, unless stated otherwise.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

Refund Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening.
